Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crypto AML Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and compliance requirements in the cryptocurrency industry. As a Crypto AML Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and investigating suspicious activity, conducting client due diligence, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze transactions and activities on our cryptocurrency exchange, wallet, and trading platform to identify potential money laundering and fraudulent activities

- Conduct investigations and due diligence on clients and transactions that are flagged as suspicious

- Prepare reports and documentation to comply with AML regulations and requirements

- Collaborate with other departments and external parties to gather information and evidence for investigations

- Stay up-to-date with AML regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and implement best practices

- Develop and maintain internal AML policies and procedures

- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management measures

- Provide training and guidance to other team members on AML compliance and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML compliance, preferably in the cryptocurrency industry

- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and compliance requirements, including KYC and CDD procedures

- Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) is a plus
